I have been using this for vanquishing in Elona (sorry, couldn't find instructions for posting icons for builds) and it seems to be working well:
Strength: 12 +1 +3
Axe Mastery: 12
Asura title: 8
Pain Inverter
Cyclone Axe
"For Great Justice!"
Battle Rage
Dismember
Disrupting Chop
Body Blow
Executioner's Strike
I usually lead off with PI, then CA. FGJ and BR build adrenaline then can keep it up indefinately to power adrenal skills, can jump in and out of it easily so can also use PI at will on recharge. Have only played this H/H and not with other actual players yet as I was just mucking around trying different stuff, but so far seems to be pretty reliable.

While the changes to Battle Rage are nice it prevents you from using an IAS. You actually get 50% more attacks with a 33% IAS thus 50% more adrenaline as well as the additional damage from attacking faster without giving up an elite slot. For PvE I'd definitely stick with the IAS. For PvP the 33% increased movement speed could be valuable enough to use battle rage versus a weapon attack elite.

Also needs to lose the Sup Strength rune, get a Minor Axe rune and an axe helmet.

I actually just replaced the minor str rune with the sup (also have a helm with minor axe) tbh though, the difference in hp's between minor and sup strength runes has been negligable. As a side note I usually take Sabway necs as my heros and they are completely decked out with runes, insignias, and weps, so far, HM has been a piece of cake. I was concerned about the lack of IAS at first but really has had no adverse affect on me so far.

In PvP, you could use [[battle rage] instead of [[rush], so you still use [[frenzy] to spike, but build adrenaline very fast.

Actually, I think Battle Rage is more of a pressure elite. You just run this:
[Battle Rage] [Dismember] [Axe Rake] [Disrupting Chop] [Executioner's Strike] [Enraging Charge][Purge Signet] [Resurrection Signet]
Pwns RA, monks have no energy to constantly suffer from Deep Wound, Cripple, interrupts and huge damage. Oh, and you laugh at hexes.

Possibly
[Battle Rage] [Brawling Headbutt] [Low Blow] [Body Blow] [Never Rampage Alone] [Charm Animal] [Comfort Animal] [Resurrection Signet] or [Antidote Signet] in there instead of a res.

We warriors have had a daze for ages. It's called [skull crack], and it's still better than [quivering blade].

Lol 9 adren lol interrupt required lol no damage. If Skull Crack was 6 adren, I would agree, but right now Quivering is much better.
It's just that nobody serious/good/experience will use that crap.

Um, the hp difference between minor and superior runes is negligible?!? Its 75 health!! Its huge! 75 health is nearly 16% of your base health.

So you build up to 9 adrenaline (doesn't take THAT long, especially not with ["for great justice!"]), wait for the caster to start his spell, skull crack him (it's an automatic interrupt), and then keep hitting him for ten more seconds while he's dazed. By that time you're up to 9 adrenaline again for the next skull crack (if he's even alive at that point).
Sure, it's not an elite I'd use myself, but it's one of the least appreciated skills in the whole game. And it's much better for heroes than quivering blade. Frankly, I don't see any use for quivering blade, even after the buff, except for nailing those annoying kiting healers.

Tbh if I was that concerned with needing daze I'd just take a BHA ranger and give the War a different damage skill (or better, drop him for a Paragon). Also, if you're playing a War you can just run Godmode, you can suppress casters just as well with perma KD (plus physicals aswell).
Once again, maybe if it had a lower adr cost, but at 9, it's just not what I'm looking for (at least not without +damage anyway.)

Well, I totally agree that Para heroes are more useful than War heroes. I never use War heroes for anything serious. But this is a War forum.
And what if you're in a quest that REQUIRES one of the war heroes? There are a few of those. Which elite are you going to equip on the poor guy? Honestly, I'd much rather use [skull crack] in that case than [quivering blade]. Watch how heroes use [skull crack]. They're not bad at it.

If you are a Prophicy only player using Hench then yes [skull crack] is a good skill.
However if you have any of the other campains, especially Heros, and are relying on your war for interupts or daze you are doing something very wrong.
Hench Rangers in Factions have good interupts and several have BHA.
A hero ranger or mesmer with interupts are insanely usefull when facing most casters.
Hero warriors should be concidered Meat-Shields that can pump out some nice damage. Anything more complex than that and your micro managing yourself into a hole lot of frustration.

I replaced Low Blow with Pulverizing Smash and Body Blow with SY. I got to use a Hammer and be almost as good as DSlash. It was a very nice change of pace.
